Refund Policy

• Eligibility:

Refunds are available for items returned within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• Non-eligible items: Final-sale items, customized products, and intimate wear (e.g., sports bras, underwear) are not eligible for refunds unless defective.

• Process:

To initiate a return for a refund, email us at hello@lifeofavocado.com with your order number and reason for the return.

• Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is received.

• Refund Timeline:

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We understand the importance of finding the perfect fit or style, so we offer exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

• Eligibility:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Final-sale items and intimate wear are not eligible for exchange unless defective.

• Process:

1. Contact us at hello@lifeofavocado.com with your order number and exchange request (e.g., new size or color).

2. Ship the item back to us at your own cost using a trackable shipping service.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the replacement to you at no additional shipping cost.

• Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement and cover all shipping costs.
