Where We Ship From All orders are dispatched from Portugal.
Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide. Shipping availability and rates may vary depending on your location.
Delivery Times Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

European Union: 5–10 business days

Rest of the World: 7–21 business days
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Carriers We ship via CTT and GLS. The carrier assigned to your order may vary depending on your location and order size.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. If you haven't received tracking information within the timeframes above, or it hasn't updated for several days, please contact us at hello@lifeofavocado.com.
Incorrect Address Information Life Of Avocado is not responsible for orders that fail to arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your address details carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@lifeofavocado.com — we'll do our best to amend it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Customs & Import Duties For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. Life Of Avocado is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered. If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours, building management, or your local post office first. If unresolved, contact us at hello@lifeofavocado.com and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@lifeofavocado.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging, so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@lifeofavocado.com.
